How best to support me as a Team Leader

  • I need to download/vent sometimes, it’s important for me to have people to talk things through with
  • I sometime need reminders as I can get busy and forget – I don’t mind
  • I like things planned and organised but I can be flexible too
  • I like a reasonably quiet workplace but I don’t mind interruptions
  • If I ask for something to be done I get very disappointed if it isn’t
  • Usually I work through the big things first so other things do get put down the list
  • Please understand that I can get side tracked by work issues – I don’t mind if I think I’m being helpful and I will get back on track
  • I find it difficult to deal with people who lack motivation or who are always down –they drain me
