We are often asked to share our resources with the wider community and as an organisation we are happy to do so.

The Kiwi Social Skills books contain stories around common challenging social issues.

Tautoko Services has also produced an additional resource titled “Surviving Social Situations in New Zealand’.

This 72 page resource is a collection of information which has been developed by Tautoko Services staff who have been assisting people with Autistic Spectrum disorders and people with an intellectual disability to survive some of the complexities that life throws at us in situations where we have to interact with others socially.

Surviving Social Situations has been written for use by whanau, families, careers, education staff, vocational and supported living staff as a resource to assist the development of individual social guides that demystify and enhance social situations.It can also be used as a guide when discussing with an individual what might happen in a social situation.
